The active operations of IMG Konsultant AS, a company providing accounting and business services, in the Latvian market reached a new milestone on 28 July, when Ardo Ojasalu, Chairman of the Management Board of IMG SIA, a Latvian subsidiary of the Company, signed a merger agreement with the Latvian company GLC Baltic SIA.
According to the signed agreement, the new business name of the company will be SIA Numeri. The merger increases flexibility and availability of the financial and legal services provided to the companies operating in the Estonian and Latvian markets. “In the globalising economy, the information and knowledge of the functioning mechanisms of markets is increasingly becoming more important and therefore our expansion ambitions are far from being exhausted. Our next target will be Lithuania,” said Ardo Ojasalu.
The development of the accounting service has reached a level where it is reasonable to take part in wider cooperation to satisfy the demands of clients and launch new technological applications. “A larger team allows for better specialization, which significantly helps to enhance the provision of financial services. In this way, we can better meet the needs of our clients,” said Edgars Pigoznis, Chairman of the Management Board of GLC Baltic SIA, when commenting on the merger.
SIA Numeri will provide services to clients in its new office in Riga, at the address Alberta iela 13.
