AGN welcomes a new member in Milan, Italy

AGN INTERNATIONAL – EUROPE Limited is very pleased to welcome its new member in Italy: Studio Associato Caramanti Ticozzi & Partners.

The new member firm has 12 associates (including 2 founding partners), 8 qualified staff, 5 other professional staff and 11 administrative and secretarial staff.

The firm was founded by Franco Caramanti and Carlo Ticozzi and effectively started its operations in the early 1970’s, during which time Franco Caramanti was the Tax Partner of Deloitte Italy.

The firm’s offices are located in Milan, but it services clients throughout Italy. It provides a full range of services in taxation, non-audit accounting work, audit work and others such as corporate finance and consulting amongst others. The firm’s areas of expertise cover acquisitions, dispositions, restructuring, tax optimization amongst others. The commercial areas the firm specializes in, include commercial and heavy vehicles components, engineering, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, advertising and investment fund just to name a few.
