THE FIRM
Bilgili Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM A.S is a professional institution founded in 2005 that meets local and foreign companies’ auditing and tax and management consultancy needs by presenting a wide range of services. Our company is founded by 6 sworn financial advisors who had worked before for the Ministry of Finance as tax inspectors and our office is located in Kadikoy / İstanbul – Turkey. |
We joined AGN in 2007 and our company registered with the PCAOB in 2007. We serve our clients as Bilgili Denetim in the fields of independent audit, cpa and consultancy. Our common purpose from the top level of management to the lower level of employee is to provide and produce a customer oriented service over the expectations.
Our partners are Rafet Kalkan, Hilmi Kirday, Ahmet Kurt, Huseyin Pulat Coteli, Mehmet Karahan and Mehmet Akif Ak. Our AGN Contact Partner is Rafet Kalkan.
Our company is in the status of companies that has been given authority by the Capital Markets Board (CMR) and the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA), to make independent audit.
