Hazlems Fenton LLP was founded in 1983 and joined AGN in 2009. Hazlems Fenton LLP recognises the importance of becoming a member of AGN. Russell Tenzer is the AGN contact partner.
Hazlems Fenton LLP comprises nine partners, all of whom have diverse ranges of skills in business sectors. Furthermore Leon Angel is also a FIFA licensed football agent and is able to provide to the sports industry a wealth of experience in negotiations for contracts internationally and their cross border tax implications.
The firm is based in the heart of the West End of London at Palladium House and is less than 50 metres away from the famous London Palladium theatre. The Practice employs 85 staff and has specialist teams in payroll, bookkeeping and statutory services. We have a dedicated team providing accounting and tax support to non domiciled individuals and companies headed up by Michael Krieger who has a substantial following in respect of overseas clients and other entities. The Practice has a substantial overseas client portfolio and has, for many years, dealt with taxation and accounting affairs on behalf of non UK nationals trading in the United Kingdom.

Mark Levitt heads up our tax team who have considerable experience of all UK tax issues and overseas structures and work closely with Michael Krieger’s non domicile team in strategic planning areas. Areas of expertise include the affairs of offshore trusts and strategic tax planning for companies and high net worth individuals.
Russell Tenzer, Jon Barron and Mark Levitt also specialise in forensic accounting, expert witness and litigation support work and are often called upon as independent experts in relation to contentious matters in their fields.
We are accredited members of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in the United States.
We have positioned ourselves to provide a proactive approach to our clients’ strategic planning issues whilst ensuring a diverse internal structure to provide support at all levels. We have specialist knowledge in fashion, property, hotels, restaurants, sports, leisure, charities, financial services, recruitment and many other sectors.
Membership of AGN is pivotal to our own strategic planning and gives us the ability to be able to offer quality advice and support through AGN colleagues internationally and also have the benefit of reciprocation. We have already worked closely with other AGN member firms and have referred work to them and have had work referred to us.
